These terms apply to every order placed in the shop on kaitotoba.com (the "Shop"). Please read them before you order: by placing an order you accept them. The Japanese version below has the same content; the legal notice required by Japanese law is on the page 特定商取引法に基づく表記.
1. Who sells
The Shop is run by Kaito Racing LLC, Fukuoka, Japan ("we", "us"), represented by Kaito Toba (representative member). The full address and phone number are disclosed without delay upon request. Order support and questions: hello@kaitotoba.com. We are the seller and your contract is with us.
2. Products and prices
Product photos show the design as closely as possible; colours can look slightly different on screen. Prices are shown in your choice of USD, EUR, JPY, GBP and you pay in the currency you see at checkout, so no conversion is made by us. Prices are those shown when you place the order. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
3. Ordering
Choose your items, open the cart and go to checkout. Before you pay, the last screen shows the items, quantities, price, shipping cost, total, payment method, delivery time and these return conditions. The contract is made when the payment is accepted and we email you the order confirmation. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product cannot be supplied or the price shown was an obvious error.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order by our payment provider, Stripe (credit and debit cards, and wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where available). Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping is charged at cost: the price for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders ship in 5–8 business days; delivery after that depends on the destination and the carrier, and you receive tracking by email when the order ships. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels. Taxes are calculated at checkout. For deliveries outside Japan, import duties or customs fees set by your country that are not shown at checkout may be charged by the carrier on delivery and are paid by the recipient. Please check your address: a parcel returned because of a wrong or incomplete address can be re-sent at the cost of the new shipping.
6. Misprints and damaged items
Every item is checked before it ships. If an item arrives misprinted, defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us at hello@kaitotoba.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem (and of the label, for a wrong item). We send a free replacement or give a full refund, including the shipping for that item, as you prefer. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
7. Returns for other reasons
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including a change of mind or the wrong size. This applies to every order, wherever you live. Please check the size details on each product page before ordering.
8. Cancelling an order
We prepare orders soon after payment. If you email us at hello@kaitotoba.com within 2 hours of ordering we try to cancel and refund; after that the order can no longer be changed.
9. Liability
We are responsible for delivering goods that match their description and are free of defects, as set out above and as required by the law that protects you as a consumer. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded.
10. Designs
All designs, logos, photos and the name and number "Kaito Toba #27" belong to Kaito Toba or Kaito Racing LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Japanese law. If something goes wrong, please email us first at hello@kaitotoba.com: we answer within 3 business days. Disputes go to the Fukuoka District Court. If you are a consumer living outside Japan, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country and may bring a claim where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the version shown when you place your order applies to that order.

本規約は、kaitotoba.com のショップ(以下「本ショップ」)でのすべてのご注文に適用されます。ご注文の前にお読みください。ご注文をもって本規約に同意したものとみなします。特定商取引法に基づく表記はこちらをご覧ください。
1. 販売者
本ショップはKaito Racing LLC([[登記上の商号(例:合同会社〇〇)]])(所在地:福岡県福岡市、代表者:代表社員 鳥羽海渡、以下「当社」)が運営しています。所在地の詳細と電話番号は、請求があった場合には遅滞なく開示します。ご注文に関するお問い合わせ:hello@kaitotoba.com。売買契約はお客様と当社との間で成立します。
2. 商品と価格
商品写真はできる限り実物に近く表示していますが、画面により色味が多少異なる場合があります。価格はUSD, EUR, JPY, GBPから選んだ通貨で表示され、チェックアウト画面に表示された通貨でお支払いいただきます(当社による通貨換算はありません)。適用される価格はご注文時に表示された価格です。税金がかかる場合は、チェックアウト時に計算され、お支払い前に表示されます。
3. ご注文
商品をカートに入れ、チェックアウトへ進んでください。お支払い前の最終確認画面に、商品・数量・価格・送料・合計金額・支払方法・お届け時期・返品条件を表示します。決済が承認され、当社から注文確認メールが送信された時点で契約が成立します。商品をご用意できない場合や、表示価格に明らかな誤りがあった場合は、全額返金のうえご注文を取り消すことがあります。
4. お支払い
お支払いはご注文時に、決済代行会社Stripeを通じて行われます(クレジットカード・デビットカード、利用可能な場合はApple Pay・Google Pay等)。カード情報はStripeに直接送信され、当社が確認・保存することはありません。
5. 配送
世界中に発送します。送料は実費で、お届け先に応じて計算され、お支払い前のチェックアウト画面に表示されます。商品はご注文から5〜8営業日で発送し、その後の到着日数はお届け先と配送業者により異なります。発送時に追跡番号をメールでお知らせします。1回のご注文が複数の荷物に分かれて届く場合があります。税金はチェックアウト時に計算されます。日本国外へのお届けでは、チェックアウト時に表示されないお届け先の国の関税・通関手数料が受け取り時に請求される場合があり、受取人のご負担となります。住所に誤りや不足があり返送された場合、再発送の送料はお客様のご負担となります。
6. 印刷不良・破損品
すべての商品は発送前に検品しています。印刷不良・不具合・破損があった場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、お届けから30日以内に hello@kaitotoba.com まで、注文番号と不具合の写真(誤配送の場合はラベルの写真も)を添えてご連絡ください。ご希望に応じて無料で交換するか、該当商品の送料を含めて全額返金いたします。当社からお願いしない限り、商品の返送は不要です。
7. その他の理由による返品(返品特約)
お客様のご都合(イメージ違い・サイズ違い等)による返品・交換はお受けできません。お住まいの国・地域にかかわらず、すべてのご注文に適用されます。ご注文前に各商品ページのサイズ情報をご確認ください。
8. ご注文のキャンセル
ご注文はお支払い後すぐに準備を始めます。ご注文から2時間以内に hello@kaitotoba.com までご連絡いただければキャンセル・返金に努めますが、それ以降は変更できません。
9. 責任
当社は、商品が説明どおりで不具合がないことについて、上記および消費者保護法令の定めに従い責任を負います。本規約は、お客様の国の消費者法により排除できない権利を制限するものではありません。
10. デザイン
すべてのデザイン・ロゴ・写真、および「Kaito Toba #27」の名称と番号は鳥羽海渡または当社に帰属し、許可なく複製・商用利用することはできません。
11. 準拠法・紛争
本規約は日本法に準拠します。問題があった場合はまず hello@kaitotoba.com までご連絡ください。3営業日以内にお返事します。紛争は福岡地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし日本国外にお住まいの消費者は、お住まいの国の強行的な消費者保護法の保護を受け、お住まいの地で請求することができます。
12. 変更
本規約は変更されることがあります。各ご注文には、ご注文時に表示されていた版が適用されます。
