“It was a challenging yet entertaining race: I started from 11th on the grid and I overtook the other riders one by one, until I reached the first group. The last few laps were exciting and I enjoyed fighting with the other guys. In the end we got onto the podium and I am incredibly happy, this is the right way to start the season. A big thanks to the team for all their effort in the preseason and in this first round. Now we need to keep working like this and stay consistent throughout the whole season – that’s my target”.
厳しくも楽しいレースでした。11番グリッドからスタートし、他のライダーを1人ずつ抜いて、トップグループに追いつきました。最後の数周はエキサイティングで、他のライダーたちとのバトルを楽しめました。最終的に表彰台に上がることができて、信じられないくらい嬉しいです。シーズンをスタートするには、これが正しい形です。プレシーズンとこの開幕戦でのすべての頑張りに、チームに大きな感謝を伝えたいです。これからもこの調子で取り組み続けて、シーズン全体を通して安定した走りを続ける必要があります。それが僕の目標です。
